Step 1 - Decide on Look and Feel

Starting with a blank canvas can be a little overwhelming. To figure out what style of bathroom you would like, we invite you to visit our virtual showroom on our website. There you can view the 4 most popular bathroom styles currently on the market.

This will help you with ideas and give you more information to base your final decisions on.

Step 2 - Attend Design Consultation Visit

Our first on-site meeting will help us to understand what you want and need in your new bathroom.  We’ll talk about your options and help you pick from our local, quality product range of bathroom fittings and fixtures.

It will give us the opportunity to measure up the job components for the detailed quote you’ll be receiving.

Step 3 - Development of Proposal

Based on the information gathered at our design consultation visit we will be preparing a detailed proposal that sets out all main renovation costs as well as any optional extras you may have selected.

Typically, some keen bathroom renovators have more ideas that they’ve thought of after the first design meeting. That’s why we schedule a 2nd meeting with you to discuss the quote details to ensure we’ve got everything covered. At this point any additional ideas you’ve had since the first meeting can easily be incorporated – perhaps you wanted a different colour after all.

Step 4 - Acceptance of Proposal

Once we’ve finalised the Proposal for you, we’ll send it via email for your review and consideration.

If you decide to accept the Proposal, we’ll help you select the bathroom fixtures and fittings. We can go to the bathroom and tile supply shops together to help you with your selection and show you how they relate to the quote details.

If you’ve changed your mind in the shop we’ll update the Proposal for your signature.

Step 5 - Final Visit

A final visit before scheduling the job start may be required, depending on what happened at the supply shops.

Step 6 - Review Final Quote

Now it’s time for you to sign the Proposal and send a signed copy back to us, either by fax or scanned electronic document.

As soon as we’ve received the contract, we’ll be in touch to arrange the date to commence the works.
